Regular Season Round 15: Shenzhen L. - Tianjin 92-87

Very predictable result in Shenzhen where thirteenth ranked Leopards (8-8) beat 18th ranked Pioneers (3-13) 92-87 on Friday. However just five-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. The best player for the winners was swingman Xining He (193-97) who scored 25 points. American point guard Dwight Buycks (191-89, college: Marquette) chipped in 20 points, 8 assists and 5 steals. Four Leopards players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American point guard Chasson Randle (188-93, college: Stanford) who recorded 35 points (!!!) and 7 assists and guard Deshaui Shi (192-92) added 18 points respectively. Pioneers' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Leopards moved-up to eleventh place. Loser Pioneers keep the eighteenth position with 13 games lost. Leopards will face Sturgeons (#17) in Jinjiang in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Pioneers will play at home against Jiangsu Dragons and hope to win that game.
