Everything went according to plan when sixth ranked Lecco (8-5) defeated on the road 14th ranked Crema (3-10) 75-64 on Sunday. Crema was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Quite impressive performance for guard Giulio Mascherpa (185-92, agency: Interperformances) who helped to win the game recording 16 points and 7 assists. Swingman Fabio Stefanini (197-93) contributed with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Four Lecco players scored in double figures. Lecco's coach Riccardo Eliantonio allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Guard Matteo Motta (193-92, agency: SPORTlab Agency) answered with 16 points and 4 assists and swingman Pietro Del-Sorbo (191-85) added 14 points in the effort for Crema.
