Very predictable result when sixth ranked Girona (7-4) won against at home bottom-ranked Genero (0-11) 62-52 on Sunday. They outrebounded Genero 52-31 including a 21-7 advantage in offensive rebounds. Girona looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Power forward Laia Moya (182-1) orchestrated the victory by scoring 13 points and 6 rebounds. Swingman Laura Mendez (174-1) contributed with 10 points and 7 assists for the winners.
