The game between closely ranked teams ended with eleventh ranked JAC Sants' (4-8) home victory over 12th ranked Roser (2-10) in Barcelona 81-72 on Sunday. JAC Sants dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to Roser's 20. It was a very good performance for Ferran Mas (193-97) who helped to win the game recording 17 points. Swingman Pablo Beiran (191-92) contributed with 7 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Naturalized Andorra forward Alberto Farfan (193-91) answered with 22 points and 9 rebounds and guard Joan Gavalda (185-94) added 14 points in the effort for Roser. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. JAC Sants moved-up to tenth place in Group C-B. Roser lost their sixth game in a row. Newly promoted team dropped to the thirteenth position with ten games lost. JAC Sants' supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Barcelona to the arena Barbera.
