Rather predictable result when third ranked FE Nagoya (15-11) defeated at home 5th ranked Bambitious N. (10-16) 81-67. FE Nagoya dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Bambitious N.'s 28. FE Nagoya had a 33-19 advantage in offensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. FE Nagoya brought some defensive toughness making 8 blocks. American forward Josh Hawkinson (208-95, college: WSU, agency: Wasserman) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 36 points (!!!), 10 rebounds, 5 assists and 7 blocks. Point guard Keitaro Kimura (176-93) contributed with 18 points and 8 assists for the winners. FE Nagoya's coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. American power forward Andrew Fitzgerald (202-90, college: Oklahoma) replied with a double-double by scoring 24 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Jumpei Honda (190-88) added 15 points in the effort for Bambitious N.FE Nagoya have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 15-11 record having just two points less than leader Shinshu BW, which they share with Ehime OV. Bambitious N. lost third consecutive game.
