Regular Season Round 14: Monaco - Levallois 98-67

The most important game in the last round took place in Monaco between third ranked Levallois (10-4) and fourth ranked Monaco (10-2) on Sunday night. Levallois was crushed by Monaco on the road 98-67. Monaco dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Levallois' 30. They outrebounded Levallois 33-20 including 23 on the defensive glass. Monaco looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Levallois' coach Frederic Fauthoux gave up on the game allowing to play twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Monaco have an impressive six-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place. Levallois lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the fourth position with four games lost. Monaco are looking forward to face bottom-ranked Le Portel (#18) on the road in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Levallois will play against the league's second-placed JDA Dijon (#2) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
