A very interesting game took place in Ramat Hasharon. It ended with only three-point home defeat of 14th ranked Hasharon (1-7) to eleventh ranked H.Galilee (4-4) 73-70 on Sunday evening. The winners were led by point guard Roi Huber (188-97) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 16 points, 5 rebounds and 14 assists and American forward Wayne Langston (201-93, college: Murray St.) supported him with 20 points and 10 rebounds. Even a double-double of 25 points, 12 rebounds and 7 assists by American guard Dorian Pinson (196-96, college: Lincoln Memorial) did not help to save the game for Hasharon. His fellow American import forward Tyrell Nelson (201-95, college: Gardner-Webb) added 22 points and 9 rebounds for the hosts. H.Galilee moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Ashkelon and H.Haifa. Newly promoted Hasharon stay at the bottom position with seven games lost. H.Galilee's next round opponent will be H.Ramat Gan (#10) in Givataim. Hasharon will play against Hapoel H/M (#13) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
