An interesting game took place in Kerman where higher ranked Mashad (7-5) was upset on the court of twelfth ranked Kerman (3-8) 70-60. Kerman forced 19 Mashad turnovers. It was a good game for center Mehdi Jafari (204-96) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 13 rebounds. Majid Rahimian contributed with 17 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. The former international guard Emad Salmani (188-90) replied with 17 points and 6 rebounds and American point guard Corin Henry (181-88, college: Tarleton St., agency: Agency) added 13 points and 6 assists in the effort for Mashad. Mashad's coach Srdjan Jovanovic let to play ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Kerman moved-up to eleventh place. Mashad at the other side keeps the sixth position with five games lost.
