Not a big story in a game when 12th ranked Netanya (3-6) lost to second ranked Bnei Hasharon (7-2) in Hod Hasharon 75-79 on Tuesday. However just four-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Orr Leumi (192-96) nailed 21 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side and American point guard Kendall Anthony (173-93, college: Richmond) accounted for 23 points and 6 assists. American forward Bryce Washington (198-96, college: La-Lafayette) came up with a double-double by scoring 32 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists and the other American import forward Cameron Naylor (201-94, college: Texas St.) added 15 points and 8 rebounds respectively for Netanya in the defeat. Netanya's coach Ruven Najberger tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Bnei Hasharon maintains second place with 7-2 record behind leader Afula. Netanya lost their third game in a row. They dropped to the tenth position with six games lost.
