There was a small surprise in Ozzano dell Emilia where eighth ranked Ozzano (8-6) defeated 5th ranked Civitanova (8-6) 75-59 on Saturday. Ozzano dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Civitanova's 24. Point guard Luca Montanari (182-92) scored 15 points and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and swingman Riccardo Iattoni (198-92) chipped in 14 points during the contest. Four Ozzano players scored in double figures.
