Tenth-ranked Aurora JE (6-8) gave a tough game to first ranked Fabriano (12-2) on Sunday. Fabriano managed to secure only one-point victory 61-60. However their fans expected much easier game. The former international power forward Luca Garri (208-82) scored 19 points and 8 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Daniele Merletto (175-93) chipped in 15 points during the contest. Point guard Riccardo Bottioni (192-93) responded with 22 points and 6 rebounds and swingman Mattia Magrini (190-93) scored 12 points and 5 rebounds. Fabriano maintains first position in B with 12-2 record, which they share with Bernareggio. Aurora JE at the other side dropped to the twelfth place with eight games lost.
