The biggest surprise took place in Indianapolis where host Pacers (21-10) beat league's leader Raptors (21-9) 120-115 on Monday evening. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of Raptors. It may be a crucial game in the contest for the top position in the league. Pacers looked well-organized offensively handing out 34 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Pacers made 8 blocks. The best player for the winners was forward TJ Warren (203-93, college: NC State) who scored 24 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Lithuanian-American power forward Domantas Sabonis (209-96, college: Gonzaga) chipped in a double-double by scoring 12 points and 17 rebounds. Point guard Kyle Lowry (183-86, college: Villanova) produced 30 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists and Congolese-Spanish power forward Serge Ibaka (208-89) added 23 points and 9 rebounds respectively for the guests. Five Pacers and four Raptors players scored in double figures. Pacers maintains second position with 21-10 record having just two point less than leader Philadelphia 76. Defending champion Raptors still keep top place with nine games lost. They share the position with Houston R.. They were replaced at the leadership position by Philadelphia 76. Raptors will play next day against strong Celtics trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Pacers will have a break next day, and it should allow them to practice more before next game.
