Regular Season Round 12: S.Centar - All-Stars 90-86

No shocking result in a game when third ranked S.Centar (7-2) beat 7th ranked All-Stars (3-9) in Podgorica 90-86. However just four-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Strangely All-Stars outrebounded S.Centar 41-28 including 18 on the offensive glass. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. 24 personal fouls committed by All-Stars helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was the former international Aleksa Popovic (201-87) who scored 15 points, 5 assists and 4 steals. International guard Igor Drobnjak (188-0) chipped in 19 points. S.Centar's coach Nenad Trajkovic allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. At the other side the best for losing team was forward Bogdan Cebalovic (202-92) who recorded a double-double by scoring 24 points, 15 rebounds and 7 blocks and Petar Dragovic (-0) added 15 points and 9 rebounds respectively. Five S.Centar and four All-Stars players scored in double figures. S.Centar have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 7-2 record having six points less than leader Sutjeska. Newly promoted All-Stars dropped to the eighth place with nine games lost.
