Leading Al Arabi (4-2) recorded its second loss in Doha. Hosts were edged by seventh ranked Al Gharafa (3-3) 75-72. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Tre Bussey (190-91, college: Georgia South) who led the winners and scored 31 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. International swingman Abdulrahman Saad (185-96) accounted for 15 points and 6 assists for the winning side. American-Iraqi point guard Kevin Galloway (200-88, college: Texas Southern) came up with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 14 rebounds and 7 assists and Bosnian-Serbian power forward Miroslav Todic (205-85) added 18 points and 13 rebounds respectively for Al Arabi in the defeat.
