Very expected game when 13th ranked CB Granada (6-9) lost at home to second ranked Carramimbre (12-3) 70-63. 26 personal fouls committed by CB Granada helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was center Sergio De-La-Fuente (198-89) who had a double-double by scoring 10 points and 11 rebounds. American guard Frank Bartley-IV (190-94, college: La-Lafayette) chipped in 17 points. Bartley IV is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. At the other side the best for losing team was point guard Carlos Corts (182-97) who recorded 17 points and Bosnian-Canadian guard Diego Kapelan (190-87, college: McNeese St., agency: Agency) added 10 points and 5 rebounds respectively. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Carramimbre keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Delteco GBC. CB Granada at the other side keeps the thirteenth place with nine games lost. Carramimbre's next round opponent will be league's leader Gipuzkoa in San Sebastian and it will be for sure the game of the week. CB Granada will play on the road against Caceres Basket (#9) and hope to win that game.
