Important game to mention about took place in Wroclaw. Tenth ranked Slask (6-8) saved a 2-point victory at home edging 11th ranked Enea Astoria (5-9) 90-88 on Saturday evening. American center Michael Humphrey (206-96, college: Stanford) orchestrated the victory by scoring 24 points and 7 rebounds (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field). The other American import point guard Danny Gibson (178-84, college: S.Indiana, agency: Octagon Europe) contributed with 20 points and 8 assists for the winners. American forward Adam Kemp (208-90, college: Marist) replied with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds and swingman Mateusz Zebski (190-92) added 9 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists in the effort for Enea Astoria. Enea Astoria's coach Artur Gronek tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Slask moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Spojnia and King. Enea Astoria lost third consecutive game. Enea Astoria at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the eleventh position with nine games lost. Slask will face league's second-placed Stelmet Enea BC in Zielona Gora in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Enea Astoria will play at home against Start (#3) and hope to win that game.
