Regular Season Round 67: LA Lakers - Dallas M. 108-95

An interesting game for Lakers (26-7) which hosted in Los Angeles their biggest opponent Mavericks (21-11). First ranked Lakers managed to get a 13-point victory 108-95. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Mavericks. Lakers dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Mavericks' 38 and made 23-of-28 charity shots (82.1 percent) during the game. Lakers players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists. They brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. Center Anthony Davis (208-93, college: Kentucky) fired 23 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. LeBron James (203-84) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points, 6 rebounds and 13 assists. Slovenian guard Luka Doncic (201-99) produced 19 points and 7 assists (made all of his nine free throws !!!) and forward Dorian Finney-Smith (203-93, college: Florida) added 12 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. Five Lakers and four Mavericks players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Lakers maintains first place with 26-7 record. Mavericks at the other side keep the second position with 11 games lost.
