No shocking result in a game when third ranked Spurs (14-18) beat 5th ranked Warriors (9-26) in San Antonio 117-113 on Tuesday. Spurs looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists. It was a good game for power forward LaMarcus Aldridge (211-85, college: Texas) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists. Swingman DeMar DeRozan (201-89, college: USC) contributed with 24 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Guard Alec Burks (198-91, college: Colorado) answered with 28 points and 4 assists and forward Glenn Robinson-III (198-94, college: Michigan) added 25 points in the effort for Warriors. Five Spurs and four Warriors players scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players in such tough game. Spurs maintains third place with 14-18 record having eight points less than leader Milwaukee B. Loser Warriors keep the fifth position with 26 games lost.
