Very important is a road loss of second ranked Pacers (22-14) against fifth ranked Hawks (8-28) on Saturday night. Visiting Pacers were defeated by Hawks in a tough game in Atlanta 111-116. Hawks made 22-of-24 free shots (91.7 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Pacers were plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a very good performance for guard Trae Young (188-98, college: Oklahoma) who helped to win the game recording 41 points (!!!) and 8 assists. Guard Kevin Huerter (201-98, college: Maryland) contributed with 26 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Hawks' coach allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Lithuanian-American power forward Domantas Sabonis (209-96, college: Gonzaga) answered with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists and forward TJ Warren (203-93, college: NC State) added 17 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Pacers. Four Hawks and five Pacers players scored in double figures. Hawks maintains fifth place with 8-28 record. Loser Pacers keep the second position with 14 games lost.
