We should mention about the upset which took place in Poznan, where higher ranked GKS Tychy (6-8) lost to thirteenth ranked Biofarm PZN (5-10) in a road game 68-83. Biofarm PZN forced 22 GKS Tychy turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. 25 personal fouls committed by GKS Tychy helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The winners were led by guard Marcin Flieger (185-84, agency: Promotex) who scored that evening 26 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals and Filip Struski (200-94) supported him with 12 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Four Biofarm PZN players scored in double figures. Even 18 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists by Michal Jankowski (191-87) did not help to save the game for GKS Tychy. Center Przemyslaw Wrona (205-93) added 18 points and 7 rebounds for lost side. Biofarm PZN moved-up to eleventh place. GKS Tychy lost third consecutive game.
