Another interesting game was also this time a derby match between teams from Nassau: High Flyers (#2) and Bahamas Univ. (#2). Bahamas Univ. was defeated at home 85-94 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Bahamas Univ.. They outrebounded Bahamas Univ. 58-39 including 22 on the offensive glass. High Flyers players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. 30 personal fouls committed by Bahamas Univ. helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for Rashad Ingraham who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 13 rebounds. Shantoin Pratt contributed with 16 points, 9 rebounds and 9 assists for the winners. Four High Flyers players scored in double figures. Kemsy Sylvestre replied with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 13 rebounds and 7 assists and Rashad Sturrup added 18 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for Bahamas Univ.Bahamas Univ.'s coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. High Flyers (7-2) have an impressive six-game winning streak. Newly promoted High Flyers maintains second position having just two points less than leader Rockets, which they share with defeated Bahamas Univ. High Flyers' supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Nassau to the arena Regulators.
