Regular Season Round 15: UR Krakow - Jaworzno 61-76

There was no surprise when 7th ranked UR Krakow (6-8) was defeated at home by fifth ranked Jaworzno (9-5) 76-61 on Saturday. Jaworzno looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by UR Krakow's players. It was a great evening for Sebastian Dusilo (198-92) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 15 rebounds. Guard Dawid Grochowski (190-89) helped adding 19 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. The best for the losing side was power forward Tomasz Palmowski (199-97) with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds and swingman Radoslaw Skubinski (189-0) scored 12 points. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. The victory was the third consecutive win for Jaworzno. They moved-up to fourth place in Group C, which they share with AZS AWF Mick. Newly promoted UR Krakow keeps the seventh position with eight games lost. Jaworzno will face Polonia Bytom (#11) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. UR Krakow will play against MKS DG 2 (#3) in Dabrowa Gornicza and hope to win that game.
