An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Minsk. Second ranked Tsmoki-Minsk faced 4th ranked Victoria. Host Tsmoki-Minsk (13-1) smashed guests from Grodno (6-7) 97-45. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Victoria. The game without a history. Tsmoki-Minsk led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Victoria to just 6 points in first quarter. Tsmoki-Minsk held Victoria to an opponent 25.0 percent shooting from the field compared to 52.6 percent accuracy of the winners. Tsmoki-Minsk forced 25 Victoria turnovers and outrebounded them 54-29 including a 31-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. Defending champion maintains second position with 13-1 record having just one point less than leader Gorizont. Victoria at the other side keeps the fourth place with seven games lost. Tsmoki-Minsk will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Victoria will play at home against Gorizont II (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
