Regular Season Round 15: Den Bosch - Rotterdam 98-86

Rather expected game when 5th ranked Rotterdam (9-6) was defeated on the road by third ranked Den Bosch (10-4) 98-86 on Thursday. Den Bosch looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Rotterdam's players. The best player for the winners was American forward Nathan Krill (202-96, college: USF) who scored 18 points and 8 rebounds. American-Italian swingman Henry Caruso (193-95, college: Santa Clara) chipped in 15 points and 7 rebounds. Krill is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Five Den Bosch players scored in double figures. Den Bosch's coach Jean-Marc Jaumin used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was American Keyshawn Woods (192-96, college: Ohio St.) who recorded a double-double by scoring 30 points and 11 rebounds and the other American import guard Quentin Snider (188-95, college: Louisville) added 23 points and 4 assists respectively. Den Bosch maintains third place with 10-4 record having just two points less than leader Zwolle. Rotterdam at the other side keeps the fifth position with six games lost. Den Bosch will meet Den Helder (#7) on the road in the next round. Rotterdam will have a break next round.
