LDD top team - Quimsa (11-0) had no problems winning another game on Thursday. This time they crushed fifth ranked Regatas (8-5) in Santiago del Estero 92-56. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Regatas. Quimsa looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Regatas' players. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Quimsa made 8 blocks. The best player for the winners was point guard Tomas Allende (190-2) who scored 16 points and 7 rebounds. Guard Emiliano Toretta (185-1) chipped in 7 points and 7 assists. Quimsa's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Point guard Tobias Franchela (185-1) produced 11 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists and forward Juan Scachi (200-0) added 11 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the guests.
