The game between closely ranked teams ended with 5th ranked Hawks' (8-31) road loss to fourth ranked Wizards (13-25) 101-111 on Friday. Wizards looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. Hawks were plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a great evening for swingman Jordan McRae (197-91, college: Tennessee) who led his team to a victory scoring 29 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Swingman Troy Brown-Jr (201-99, college: Oregon, agency: Pensack Sports) helped adding 18 points and 10 rebounds. At the losing side U.S. Virgin Islands-American John Collins (208-97, college: Wake Forest) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 15 rebounds and 4 blocks and guard Trae Young (188-98, college: Oklahoma) scored 19 points and 7 assists. Five Wizards and four Hawks players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Wizards maintains fourth place with 13-25 record. Hawks lost third consecutive game. They keep the fifth position with 31 games lost.
