Regular Season Round 79: Chicago B. - Indiana P 105-116

Very significant was Pacers' (#2, 24-15) victory against 4th placed Bulls (13-26) 116-105. Pacers dominated down low during the game scoring 74 of its points in the paint compared to Bulls' 38. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 31 assists comparing to just 16 passes made by Bulls' players. Worth to mention a great performance of power forward Myles Turner (211-96, college: Texas) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 27 points and 14 rebounds. Guard Aaron Holiday (185-96, college: UCLA) contributed with 19 points and 8 assists (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) for the winners. Pacers' coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Guard Zach LaVine (196-95, college: UCLA) answered with 43 points (!!!) and 6 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws) and guard Coby White (196-0, college: UNC) added 23 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Bulls. Five Pacers and four Bulls players scored in double figures. Pacers maintains second place with 24-15 record behind leader Milwaukee B. Bulls lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the fourth position with 26 games lost. Pacers will have a break next day. Bulls will play on the road against Pistons (#3) in Detroit and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
