Regular Season Round 1: NSH - Satria Muda 59-69

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of NSH (1-1) in Jakarta on Friday night. Hosts were defeated by Satria Muda (1-0) 69-59. Satria Muda forced 19 NSH turnovers. American players dominated the game. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Gary Jacobs (188-92, college: Cent.Washington) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points, 12 rebounds and 6 assists. Forward Elijah Foster (203-96, college: Nevada) contributed with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 15 rebounds for the winners. Jacobs is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Guard Dashaun Wiggins (188-91, college: Portland St.) answered with 31 points and 9 rebounds and power forward Michael Glover (203-87, college: Iona) added 9 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for NSH. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Satria Muda will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. NSH will play on the road against Hang Tuah (#6) in Pandang and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
