Very important is a home loss of second ranked Gembo BBC (11-4) against eleventh ranked Limburg Utd B (6-8) on Saturday night. Host Gembo BBC was crushed by Limburg Utd B in Borgerhout 104-73. It was an exceptional evening for forward Yannick Dammen who led the winners and scored 27 points and 8 rebounds. Guard Frits Hermans accounted for 13 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists for the winning side. Four Limburg Utd B players scored in double figures. Bryan De-Valck (196-95) came up with a double-double by scoring 11 points, 10 rebounds and 4 blocks and point guard Anthony Goetgeluck (182-92) added 8 points and 6 assists respectively for Gembo BBC in the defeat. Gembo BBC's coach gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Limburg Utd B moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Lommel. Gembo BBC at the other side keeps the second position with four games lost. Limburg Utd B will play against Royal Brussels (#12) on the road in the next round.
