They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. American swingman Ricky Ledo (201-92, college: Providence) fired 28 points, 6 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 steals for the winners. The other American import swingman Chris Dowe (191-91, college: Bellarmine) chipped in 16 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists (made all of his seven free throws). Anwil's coach Igor Milicic felt very confident that he used 10 players saving starting five for next games. American forward Isaiah Wilkins (203-95, college: Virginia) produced 14 points and 8 rebounds and swingman Daniel Golebiowski (196-98) added 16 points respectively for lost side. Five Anwil and four Polpharma players scored in double figures. Anwil have an impressive five-game winning streak. Defending champion moved-up to second place, which they share with Torun. Loser Polpharma stay at the bottom position with 13 games lost. Anwil will face Legia (#14) in Warszawa in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Polpharma will play on the road against Spojnia Stargard and hope to win that game.
