The game in was also worth to mention about. One of their biggest challengers Hammarby (5-4) played at the court of sixth ranked Hogland (6-3). Hogland defeated Hammarby 78-66. It looked good early as Hammarby took a 1-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Hogland had a 20-17 second period charge getting the lead and Hammarby was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 66-78. Hogland players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. The best player for the winners was forward Joel Ekenstierna (193-1) who had a double-double by scoring 13 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists. Hampus Andersson chipped in 15 points and 8 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was guard David Leal (188-98) who recorded 17 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists and forward Fredrik Bjornsson (193-91) added 19 points and 5 rebounds respectively. Five Hogland and four Hammarby players scored in double figures. Hogland moved-up to fourth place in South, which they share with Haga BG. Hammarby at the other side dropped to the sixth position with four games lost. Hogland's next round opponent will be Eskilstuna (#7) on the road. Hammarby will play against Huddinge and hope to win that game.
