No shocking result in a game in Melilla where first ranked CAM E.Soler (12-1) smashed 5th ranked La Zubia (6-7) 87-61 on Sunday. They outrebounded La Zubia 51-27 including a 41-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. CAM E.Soler looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The best player for the winners was Chadian center Edmond Koyanouba (207-95) who had a double-double by scoring 12 points and 18 rebounds (perfect from the field making all six shots). Swingman Eudaldo-Imobach Gonzalez (193-93) chipped in 10 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Five CAM E.Soler players scored in double figures.
