Rather expected game when 6th ranked Quilicura (3-17) was crushed at home by fourth ranked CD Castro (10-10) 87-68 on Sunday. CD Castro forced 20 Quilicura turnovers. Quilicura was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. American forward Cedric Blossom (198-94, college: Morgan St.) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 15 rebounds for the winners and Argentinian guard Esteban Cantarutti (185-88) chipped in 19 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. CD Castro's coach used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American-Jamaican power forward Phil Henry (203-91, college: E.New Mexico) responded with 19 points and 7 rebounds and American forward Timothy Simmons (195-92, college: DBU, agency: Prestige Sports) produced a double-double by scoring 12 points and 10 rebounds.
