Rather expected game in Reykjavik where 10th ranked Valur (4-10) was defeated by seventh ranked IR (7-7) 85-75 on Thursday. The guests trailed by 12 points at the halftime before their 54-32 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. American point guard Evan Singletary (185-94, college: Albany) scored 29 points, 6 assists and 8 steals to lead the charge for the winners and the former international forward Collin Pryor (198-90, college: Northern St., agency: Mansfield and Associates) chipped in 17 points and 12 rebounds during the contest.
