Regular Season Round 10: Rostov - Tsmoki-Minsk 87-97

Another interesting game for Belarusian Tsmoki-Minsk (6-1) which played on the court of Russian BC Rostov (5-2). Third ranked Tsmoki-Minsk had an easy win 97-87. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of BC Rostov. It looked good early as BC Rostov took a 12-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Tsmoki-Minsk took control and eventually winning the game that evening by 10 points. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 31 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by BC Rostov's players. American power forward Oderah Chidom (193-95, college: Duke) scored 28 points and 6 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and forward Ala Murauskaya (187-85) chipped in 14 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists during the contest. At the losing side power forward Anna Zaitceva (183-99) responded with 16 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and power forward Ekaterina Gunchenko (183-98, agency: LBM Management) scored 18 points and 7 rebounds. Five Tsmoki-Minsk and four BC Rostov players scored in double figures. Tsmoki-Minsk have a solid four-game winning streak. Defending Belarusian champion moved-up to second place, which they share with Dynamo NR and Piestanske C. BC Rostov at the other side dropped to the fifth position with two games lost. They share it with Nika.
