Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Faronte Drakeford (201-92, college: CCSU) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 39 points (!!!) and 11 rebounds and the former international swingman Denell Stephens (190-86, college: Slippery Rock) who added 16 points, 17 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. At the losing side American forward Jett Speelman (201-94, college: Denison) responded with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 12 rebounds and his fellow American import guard Chris Kendrix (196-95, college: Minn.St.-Mankato) scored 16 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Five Amicale players scored in double figures. Heffingen have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Racing. Amicale at the other side dropped to the ninth position with 11 games lost. Heffingen will play against Racing (#7) in Luxembourg in the next round. Amicale will play on the road against Sparta in Bertrange and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
