The game in Galeb was also quite interesting. One of their biggest challengers KK Samobor (7-5) played at the court of fifth ranked Omis-Cagalj T. (7-5). Omis-Cagalj T. defeated KK Samobor 92-76 on Saturday. Omis-Cagalj T. looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists comparing to just 15 passes made by KK Samobor's players. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Ivan Mimica (190-80) who helped to win the game recording 36 points (!!!) and 9 assists and Josip Matijevic (-96) who added 16 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Four Omis-Cagalj T. players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was swingman Lovro Mandalinic (195-96) with 24 points and 8 rebounds and Bruno Levanic-Kutin (-96) scored 11 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Omis-Cagalj T. have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with 3 other teams including defeated KK Samobor. Omis-Cagalj T. will meet Bosco (#3) in the next round, which may be the game of the day. KK Samobor will play against Bulldogs and hope to secure a win.
