No shocking result in a game when ninth ranked Jaroslaw (7-10) outleveled at home bottom-ranked Unia Tarnow (0-17) 89-65 on Wednesday. They outrebounded Unia Tarnow 47-29 including a 34-23 advantage in defensive rebounds. Jaroslaw looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Guard Cezary Guminski (192-94) scored 17 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and forward Lukasz Krawiec (206-82) chipped in 19 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was guard Jacek Sulowski (192-79) with 19 points and swingman Blazej Karlik (192-97) scored 15 points and 6 rebounds. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Jaroslaw moved-up to seventh place in Group C. Loser Unia Tarnow still closes the standings with 17 games lost. Jaroslaw will face UR Krakow (#10) on the road in the next round. Unia Tarnow will play against Pogon RS and looks forward to get finally their first victory.
