An interesting game for Celtics (30-14) which played road game in Orlando against their close opponent Magic (21-25). Second ranked Celtics managed to get a 11-point victory 109-98. Celtics looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Celtics made 7 blocks. It was a good game for point guard Kemba Walker (185-90, college: UConn) who led his team to a victory with 37 points (!!!), 6 assists and 4 steals (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line). Swingman Gordon Hayward (203-90, college: Butler) contributed with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. French Evan Fournier (198-92) answered with 30 points and 5 rebounds and Montenegrin center Nikola Vucevic (213-90, college: USC) added 17 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Magic. The victory was the third consecutive win for Celtics. They maintain second place with 30-14 record having just two point less than leader Toronto R., which they share with Utah Jazz. Loser Magic keeps the second position with 25 games lost.
