The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. The victory was the tenth consecutive win for Puerto Montt. They moved-up to second place, which they share with CD Valdivia. Puerto Montt's next round opponent will be Universidad Catolica (#3) in Santiago, which may be the game of the day.
