There was a small surprise in Zadar where ninth ranked Borik Puntamika (6-11) defeated 7th ranked KK Zabok (7-10) 75-66. Borik Puntamika made 19-of-24 charity shots (79.2 percent) during the game. 25 personal fouls committed by KK Zabok helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Swingman Petar Maric (196-87, agency: PEPI SPORT) orchestrated the victory by scoring 13 points and 6 assists. The former international power forward Sime Spralja (206-83) contributed with 15 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Four Borik Puntamika players scored in double figures. Borik Puntamika's coach Sime Kraljevic allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games.
