Very predictable result when fifth ranked Bolzano BK (11-5) defeated at home 15th ranked Marghera (2-15) 68-53 on Saturday. Croatian center Katarina Trehub (191-97) scored 17 points and 9 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and naturalized Senegalese guard Safy Fall (176-89) chipped in 14 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Four Bolzano BK players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Beatrice Tasca with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds and Chiara Grattini scored 11 points and 6 rebounds. Marghera's coach let to play ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Bolzano BK maintains fifth position in A2 with 11-5 record. Loser Marghera dropped to the fourteenth place with 15 games lost. Bolzano BK will face Sarcedo (#11) on the road in the next round where they are favorite.
