Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both ninth ranked Tobarra and 13th ranked CB Guadalajara had identical 6-10 record. But CB Guadalajara was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Tobarra 66-61 on Sunday night. Canadian-Jamaican guard NKosi Kedar (191-94, college: Simon Fraser, agency: Two Points) stepped up and scored 24 points and 6 rebounds for the winners and guard Alvaro Picazo (185-96) chipped in 13 points. Tobarra's coach Juan Gonzalez used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Center Sergio Martinez (208-92) responded with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 12 rebounds and 4 blocks and forward Raul Lazaro (195-87) produced a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds. Newly promoted Tobarra maintains ninth place in Group B with 7-10 record, which they share with Estudiantes B and Dist.Olimpico. CB Guadalajara lost their third game in a row. They keep the thirteenth position with 11 games lost. Tobarra will face Lanzarote (#15) in Arrecife in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. CB Guadalajara will play on the road against Real Madrid 2 and hope to win that game.
