There was no surprise when 16th ranked Porto S.Elpidio (2-16) was defeated at home by eighth ranked Ozzano (10-8) 70-52 on Sunday. The best player for the winners was center Riccardo Crespi (207-97, agency: Players Group) who had a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds. Swingman Nicola Mastrangelo (196-98) chipped in 12 points and 7 rebounds. Ozzano's coach Federico Grandi used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was Marco Lusvarghi (199-97) who recorded a double-double by scoring 11 points and 13 rebounds and Nicola Bastone (196-92) added 15 points and 5 rebounds respectively. Ozzano maintains eighth position in B with 10-8 record. Loser Porto S.Elpidio keeps the sixteenth place with 16 games lost. Ozzano will face Aurora JE (#9) in Jesi in the next round.
