Bottom-ranked Al Khor managed to get a second victory, breaking the series of six consecutive losses on Tuesday night. This time they edged seventh-ranked Qatar Sports Club in Doha 92-91. Al Khor dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Qatar Sports Club's 34. Americans were the main players on the court. Swingman Malcolm Bernard (198-94, college: Xavier) stepped up and scored 26 points, 9 rebounds, 8 assists and 5 steals for the winners and center Khobi Williamson (201-92, college: Hampden-Sydney) chipped in 21 points and 13 rebounds. Point guard Jonathan Lee (188-90, college: Northeastern) responded with a double-double by scoring 28 points, 12 rebounds and 8 assists and guard Kevin Bracy-Davis (201-95, college: Davis & Elkins) scored 27 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Al Khor maintains ninth place with 2-14 record. Qatar Sports Club lost tenth consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with 11 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
