Toros has finally registered their first victory this season after eight consecutive losses. They used home court advantage to defeat Aguilas (2-7) 77-63 on Tuesday. Toros looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The best player for the winners was point guard Joel Munoz (183-80) who had a double-double by scoring 21 points and 12 assists. Gil Atencio (202-96, college: St.Clair) chipped in 14 points and 8 rebounds. Four Toros players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American Eddie Ishman (196-86, college: Miles) who recorded 19 points and 8 rebounds and Jonathan King (193-90, college: Abil.Christian) added 6 points and 8 assists respectively. Aguilas' coach tested ten players and allowed the starting five to rest. Toros maintains sixth place with 1-8 record. It was Aguilas' fifth loss in a row. They keep the fifth position with seven games lost.
