Very predictable result when first ranked Shinshu BW (29-6) rolled over 6th ranked Tokyo Z (9-28) in Nagano 92-72 on Wednesday. Shinshu BW looked well-organized offensively handing out 33 assists comparing to just 15 passes made by Tokyo Z's players. Quite impressive performance for American center Wayne Marshall (211-86, college: Temple) who helped to win the game recording 28 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). His fellow American import Anthony McHenry (202-83, college: Georgia Tech) contributed with 9 points, 11 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. American forward Kyle Casey (201-90, college: Harvard) answered with 28 points and 5 rebounds and guard Takumi Masuko (186-91) added 14 points in the effort for Tokyo Z. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Shinshu BW have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain first place with 29-6 record. Tokyo Z lost eighth consecutive game. They keep the sixth position with 28 games lost. Shinshu BW will face Aomori W. (#4) on the road in the next round.
