Regular Season Round 20: Chemidor - Raad 95-46

The game between fifth ranked Chemidor (16-5) and 12th ranked Raad (5-18) in Tehran on Thursday ended with biggest points difference. Chemidor outscored guests from Tehran 95-46. Chemidor held Raad to an opponent 25.0 percent shooting from the field compared to 51.6 percent accuracy of the winners. Chemidor shot the lights out from three sinking 16 long-distance shots on high 55.2 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by Raad's players. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Chemidor made 7 blocks. Raad's coach Jamal Seyfi gave up on the game allowing to play twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Chemidor have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to fourth place. Raad lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the twelfth position with 18 games lost. Chemidor will meet Zob Ahan (#9) in the next round where they are favorite. Raad will play against Exxon SC and hope to secure a win.
