Fifth ranked New Zealand Breakers (13-13) crushed at home 7th ranked Adelaide 36ers (12-14) by 24 points 113-89, which is the biggest margin this round on Friday night. New Zealand Breakers shot the lights out from three sinking 20 long-distance shots on high 54.1 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The best player for the winners was New Zealand forward Thomas Abercrombie (198-87, college: WSU) who scored 31 points. New Zealand forward Finn Delany (198-95, college: SW Baptist) chipped in a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds. Four New Zealand Breakers players scored in double figures.
