Very significant was Wizards' (#3, 17-31) victory against 4th placed Nets (21-27) 113-107. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Nets. Wizards dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to Nets' 46. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Wizards made 9 blocks. The best player for the winners was Bradley Beal (196-93, college: Florida) who scored 34 points (!!!) and 6 rebounds. Forward Thomas Bryant (208-97, college: Indiana) chipped in a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds.
